
INTERNAL SALES AGENT QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:
This role is primarily in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads.
• Must have foundational knowledge of the Tahoe/Truckee Area and communities
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
• Utilize strong communication and follow-up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments
• Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our CRM.
• Provide exceptional customer service and nurture leads that are not ready to buy
Qualifications And Skills:
Excellent communication skills, strong phone voice, ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, strong sense of urgency, and excellent organizational and time management skills. Mandatory requirements: Team-oriented, learning-based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed.
- Compensation:
A base salary of $45,000 plus commission based on performance with unlimited potential for growth.
